My 1:1 coaching is designed to support your mind, body and soul in a way that feels personal, realistic and aligned with where you are currently at in life. You can choose to focus on one area or combine multiple areas for a more holistic approach.

Mind

Together, we explore your current behaviours, habits and thought patterns to better understand how they may be impacting your lifestyle and mental well-being. We work on implementing supportive, sustainable habits and mindset shifts that fit into your real life — not unrealistic routines.

Body

This is not focused on weight loss or restriction. We dive into understanding how your body works, the importance of movement and nutrition, and how to build healthy habits that support your energy, longevity and overall well-being. Sessions may include guidance around exercise, routine and personalised meal support tailored to you.

Soul

A soul-led guidance session designed to bring clarity, reassurance and deeper connection to yourself. I pull 4 soul cards and channel intuitive guidance around your current season of life. You’re welcome to ask questions about your purpose, relationships, direction, or any area where you are seeking clarity and support.

Tuesday: Mind — guided journaling + meditation

Thursday: Body — movement, workout + stretch

Sunday: Soul — breathwork, sound healing + oracle/tarot pulls

Each session is $10 and designed to help you feel more grounded, energised, and aligned for the week ahead.
